We are located at 12th Floor, Newton Tower, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis.
We are open from Monday to Friday, from 08:45 to 16:00. Our cash office is closed from 12:00 to 12:30.
Applicants should download, print and fill out downloadable forms in relation to the type of gambling activity they are applying for and should submit them to the GRA. The downloadable forms for each type of licence are available here.
Complainants should come in person at the GRA office to make a complaint. Their statements will be duly recorded and they are advised to bring along any related piece of evidence (ticket, receipt etc.) which might assist the Authority in its regulatory function.
