The composition of the GRA Board is as follows:
- Chairperson
- Vice-Chairperson
- Representative of Prime Minister’s Office
- Representative of Attorney General’s Office
- Representative of the Ministry responsible for the subject of finance
- Representative of the Ministry responsible for the subject of tourism
- Representative of the Commissioner of Police
- 3 other members having adequate experience in economics, accountancy, law, scientific or business administration
